Description
This is my attempt at Smaug. No he isn't perched upon the Lonely Mountain just in case any Hobbit experts point that outPainted in Photoshop CS2 and a Whackit Intuos
Thanks for looking

For anyone who hasn't read the book and may question why the dragons belly is so sparkly and maybe think it needs to go ( I have had people say that ) well I am afraid Smaug has a sparkly gem encrusted belly in the book. That is all I shall say though as I will give it away if I say more

There's something with his tail though.... that somehow appears not to be connected to the dragon. Hmm... how shall I describe it, perhaps if you added a bit more of the tail above, just to give an idea what direction it takes, it could look better? But the rest is just great. I also enjoyed the wip!

ceogar, you raise a good point as I wouldn't want to give the book away BUT I have had a lot of people on other sites question why his chest/belly is so bright and sparkly and that it looks too much like jewels. I then have to inform them that they are jewels! I will write 'Spoiler' above.
Sandra, you are right. I did the tail last and as always I end up rushing the stuff I leave till last
loneorbit, thanks for your great description, I appreciate that.
